This lady decided that after many years of frustration with a loose, floating lower denture that she would have an All-on-Four complete arch implant bridge.
We moved her from new complete upper and lower dentures, to implant surgery, to conversion of her new lower denture into a temporary All-on-Four bridge and finally after 4 months of healing to a permanent all-ceramic bridge.
