This patient was frustrated with her previous dentist and the treatment provided which did not meet up to her expectations. Subsequent repair work made the appearance of the upper denture even worse. She was unhappy with the appearance of her upper front teeth, one had to be extracted due to gum disease and then a bridge made along with crowns on the others. In the upper jaw she had six metal ceramic crowns on the upper anterior teeth and a precision metal partial denture. In the lower jaw she had 4 lower crowns with attachments and a lower precision partial denture. She was extremely pleased with the overall cosmetic result. 😀
