ALL-ON-FOUR LOWER JAW IMPLANT BRIDGE – PORCELAIN FUSED TO METAL

This patient had advanced gum disease of his lower teeth. He did not want to wear a removable complete lower denture and requested to have a fixed All-on-Four implant bridge. All of his lower teeth were extracted , four implants placed at the same time and the same day he also received a lower jaw All-on-Four temporary plastic bridge. Therefore, he was never without teeth and never had to wear denture either. Four months later he had his All-on-Four temporary plastic bridge replaced with a All-on-Four permanent lower jaw porcelain/metal bridge with fantastic cosmetics and function!
