UPPER JAW CERAMIC IMPLANT BRIDGE WITH ZYGOMA (CHEEK-BONE) IMPLANTS

This discerning patient had missing teeth and did not have much upper jaw bone for normal implants. He elected to have 4 very long implants into his check-bones along with one normal length implant. A full-arch fixed temporary plastic bridge was placed very soon after implant surgery and he was soon smiling! Three months later a final full-arch fixed all-ceramic (metal-free) bridge was placed.
