My experience has been phenomenal at NSOMS.
I met Dr Choi in 2015 and I immediately felt comfortable in trusting him to do the surgery. I then met Dr Payne in 2019 and their combined knowledge, expertise and professionalism in the field made my journey a good experience.
They have been honest, trustworthy and true to their word from the moment I met them. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring that I was satisfied with the final results.
The patience and dignity that was shown towards me from all the staff was immensely appreciated.
I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who has doubts and fear of taking this huge leap.

I was a patient of Alan for over a year while undergoing implant surgery. I have always found Alan to be very kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable as he took all the time needed to explain exactly what was occurring at each stage of this lengthy process. He was minutely precise in the making of his bridges, dentures, implants and crowns. During appointments Alan always checked I was comfortable and frequently asked what it was I was hoping he could achieve. Alan and Lesa are truly an extremely skilled, professional team with a sense of humour and we became good friends. Lesa has a great eye for the cosmetic enhancement and they work so well together the appointments are a pleasure. I would fully recommend Alan. I had crowns done for my upper front teeth…..
I had crowns done for my upper front teeth. A partial plate top and bottom. The schedule was well planned in advance and executed with precision and pleasure. Unfortunately things didn’t pan out as we all expected. At my check up a few months later, a minor cosmetic problem was discussed. Between Alan, Lesa and myself it was decided on doing a re treatment which was at no cost to me…..100% guaranteed. YES…TRUE…
WOW…. I really can’t speak highly enough about this duo, so professional, caring and perfectionists to the end. The result….fantastic!!!!

Being a nervous patient having my six front teeth crowned to makeover my smile was a daunting process. Alan’s warm and kind nature soon had me feeling at ease which continued throughout. Wow – did I ever have a hang-up about my grubby teeth!
Wow did I ever have a hang-up about my grubby teeth and people making fun of me for years ! Once Alan and Lesa did a make-over on me by taking out my rotten teeth and making me dentures, I now feel like a new man and not like a dinosaur! Alan and Lesa were very patient working with me and my tough mouth – in fact the whole team including Yvonne and Carol need a big vote of thanks. Eating peanuts is going to be more fun now – you guys have changed my life!

How lucky I was to have found Alan and his trusty assistant Lesa, when I researched who would be the best cosmetic dentist for me. It’s not often anyone can say they enjoyed their dental appointments – but I can! Dr Alan Payne has been my dentist for 3 years. He is exceptional with an eye for detail not often seen. Very few people realise that my upper and lower teeth are prosthetic, they look perfectly natural. Dr Payne’s gentle approach to all dentistry is exceptional. My teeth are a perfect fit and I am able to bite and chew without any difficulty. I would recommend to any person needing specialist dentistry if you need falsy’s, Alan is the man for you! – JP
