This lady presented with concerns about not being able to eat properly / unable to break up her food due to severely worn lower teeth, missing back teeth and a severe deep overbite. She was also complaining of loss of lower facial height. She was diagnosed as an adaptive patient suitable for an upper jaw implant partial denture and a classic lower jaw “All-on-4” metal resin “wrap-around” fixed implant bridge. The upper jaw had two implant placed distally and NOVALOC attachments placed to support and retain the implant partila denture. The implant system was Straumann BLX. The lower facial height was restored giving her a nice new smile !
